She graduated with a degree in Educational Sciences, specialization in Training Processes Experts from the University of Padua, achieved in 2002.

She attended the course for the qualification to practice the profession of Labor Consultant in 2008.

She is a member of the Bologna Order of Labor Consultants since April 2010.

She carries out labor consultancy for companies and individuals, she deals with relationship management of work with compliance with the requirements.
She provides for the elaboration of the salary statements and the relative quantification of the costs, she takes care of supervision and control of HR offices.

She also carries out assistance and advice on insolvency proceedings.
