He founded the Studio in 1983.

He is registered in the list of the Judge's Technical Consultants at the Court of Bologna.

He has provided advice on tax and corporate matters for private and public entities, also on the occasion of extraordinary transactions, holding the positions of director and trade union.

He mainly deals with corporate, strategic, financial and tax consultancy for companies, extraordinary transactions in general and tax litigation.
